Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our clients are currently saying about Newcastle Community Football.

"Newcastle Community football have been working in our school since September 2009 covering PPA and running a weekly lunchtime and after school football club for different year groups. They have also recently helped us to run and undertake an intra-school multi skills festival for years 1, 2, 3 and 4. Thay have provided our children with high quality coaching for a range of different sports, introducing and developing a range of different skills and techniques. The children respond well to all members of the coaching staff and thoroughly enjoy the lessons that they take. The coaches have high expectations of behavior, employing a range of different behavior management strategies and the children respond well to this. The coaching staff have built up good relationships with all school staff and communicate regularly about any issues or concerns they have, as well as any positive feedback relating to specific children. I would highly recommend Newcastle Community Football as a provider of high quality sports coaching as part of the P.E. Curriculum and for extra-curricular activities."

Miss Katherine Calvert, PE Co-ordinator, St. Aidans Church of England Primary School

"St Philip's have been working in partnership with Newcastle Community Football for the last 2 ½ years. During this time they have supplied us with high quality coaches to deliver after-school activities. I would recommend their service to anyone needing cover for a range of sporting activities as they offer a comprehensive reliable service."

Mrs L Stephenson, Head Teacher , St Philip Neri RC Primary School

"My daughter has been attending the Half Term and Summer Football Courses held at Bullocksteads Sports Ground, and has thoroughly enjoyed her time with the Coaching staff from Newcatle Community Football. It is great to know that she is having fun in a safe environment and it is also a help to me and my wife having somewhere for her to go when the schools are off and we are still working. I can't praise this Company enough, Thankyou."

Mr L Henderson, Newcastle upon Tyne

"For the last two years we have employed the services of Newcastle Community Football to support our PPA arrangements in school. During this time we have been impressed with the quality of provision on offer and the activities undertaken by our children. The coaching staff are all CRB cleared and suitably qualified to work with primary aged children. They work with a different year group each half term and liaise with the class teachers to plan a relevant skill based programme to complement the PE work in school. The coaches cover a range of disciplines, including multi sports, fun fitness, basketball etc, and look to enthuse and engage both boys and girls alike. The children certainly enjoy working with the specialist staff and behaviour management is never an issue. Our PE curriculum has certainly been enhanced as a result of working with Barry and his team and we also arrange football coaching courses with them throughout the year as part of our extended school's work. We would encourage all schools to consider using Newcastle Community Football in a similar capacity and fully endorse their work."

Mr W. E. Foreman, Head Teacher, Dunston Hill Community Primary School

I can thoroughly recommend Newcastle Community Football. – They provide our school with very high quality professional sports coaching for children aged from 4 – 11 years. The coaching activities are appropriate to the needs of all of our children and fit in well with the requirements of the National Curriculum. Their work is very well prepared, their attention to health and safety issues is meticulous and their behaviour management is very good indeed. They regularly provide our teachers with lesson plans and feedback on children’s performance. The coaches have excellent relationships with all of our staff and children and they are very positive role models. Newcastle Community Football provide excellent value for money and they are a huge asset to our school. – More importantly, our children thoroughly enjoy their weekly coaching sessions and they make wonderful progress.

Newcastle Community Football has been running an afterschool skilss club here at Belmont Infants since Aril 2008. This is proving to be highly popular with our pupils. Over a series of sessions the coaches deliver an interesting, varied and age appropriate programme for our Year One and Year Two pupils. I have been impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Newcastle Community Football and the way in which they have met the particular needs of our school. Particularly, positive aspects for me have been: The rapport that the coaches have established with our young pupils; The liaison that takes place at the beginning and the end of the sessions, where the coaches keep staff fully informed on what has been covered and any issues which may has arisen; The way the coaches are able to adapt activities to make them appropriate for KS1 pupils whilst also challenging them; The obvious regard for our pupils with SEN and awareness of pupils who have particular medical needs; The commitment to providing two coaches each week to take account of the young age of pupils; The commitment to providing the same coaches each week. Our pupils look forward to their Thursday afternoon sessions immensely. I can recommend Newcastle Community Football unreservedly to any school who is considering running an after school sports club.

Marguerite Grey, Head Teacher, Belmont Infant School

Since September 2008 St Joseph's have been working in partnership with Newcastle Community Football to support our PPA requirements. During this time the coaching staff have provided an excellent service covering a range of sports and age groups from Reception to Year Six... Lessons are well planned, in consultation with staff, and our PE curriculum has been enriched by the activities on offer. The coaches also run an extra curricular club for the school and have helped in coaching the school football team. The service provided is second to none, management always ensure that sessions are covered ensuring that we never need to plan last minute cover for PPA. Discipline is maintained within the school policy guidelines and the children are enthusiastic and enjoy their lessons. I would definately encourage any school to consider using Newcastle Community Football.
